Sunday 4/26 is our annual parade/opening ceremony. The parade will begin at 10:00 AM from the softball field within the Mattakeesette St complex. Please have your player their at 9:30 so that we can organize the teams and divisions and get started on time. As in past years, the players will march along the dirt road and enter the right field side of McPhillips field. We ask that parents/grandparents and friends line the road and make as much noise as possible for the kids as they parade by.
Below are just a couple of important reminders for the day:
At the conclusion of the opening ceremony, each division will be directed out to the bleachers in between McPhillips and C field for the Divisional picture.
The Lucky Dawg will be providing food after the ceremony. Players are free. Parents will be able to purchase a food ticket for $5.00 which includes a hotdog, chips and drink.
The helicopter ball drop will take place between 12:00 - 12:30. Tickets for the ball drop are available on line or will be available for purchase that day.
The Snack Bar will be CLOSED during the opening ceremony to allow full attention. It will be open prior to and following.

Team Picture Schedules are now posted to team schedules.
Please arrive ahead of the scheduled time in uniform for your picture. Instructional and 'A' players need to be in uniform as well even though this is a skills clinic night.
Order forms are available on the website under the documents and forms tab or by clicking here. Forms must be printed and filled out prior to the photo with payment. If all arrive on time this will be a quick process. You will proceed to your scheduled game immediately following the photo. Everyone is encouraged to attend so that team photos are complete even if you are not purchasing an individual photo.
No personal photography is allowed, including cell phones. Only players and coaches are allowed in the picture area.
