The 2010 Opening Day parade was a big success despite the threatening weather. With dark clouds overhead, hundreds of baseball and softball players in full uniform paraded around the Mattakeesett facility cheered on by friends and family.

Thanks to the efforts of many volunteers who arrived early Sunday morning, the fields looked great and were ready for Opening Day.

Pembroke Youth Baseball is holding its annual golf tournament on Friday May 21st, 2010 at the Pembroke Country Club.  Held early in the year to coincide with the mid-point of our baseball season and to take advantage of warmer weather, we expect this year’s tournament to bring our largest turnout yet.  As our major fundraising event for 2010, proceeds from the day’s event go to great lengths in helping us maintain our beautiful new fields, supply our teams with quality uniforms and equipment and keep Pembroke Youth Baseball as one of the premier leagues in the region.
